The Digital Sociology Lab is now accepting blog post submissions!
What is the Digital Sociology Blog?
The Digital Sociology Blog is an extension of the Digital Sociology Lab at Virginia Commonwealth University. The goal of the blog is to create a collaborative, digital space for writers of all backgrounds to contribute to the growing dialog of digital sociology. Students, faculty, staff, and community members are welcome!!!
The Digital Sociology Lab’s mission interrogates digital inequalities, combats digital divides, and expands digital social justice on a local, statewide, and global level. Any blog post that aligns with these topics will be considered.
*Submissions are on a rolling deadline.*
Submission Requirements
Must be sociological in nature, a focus on the digital and current events is encouraged
Posts should be between 500 to 700 words
Must use a conversational, semi-formal tone
Must include a title and keywords upon submission
Must cite all sources—visual and literary
All work must be original
